GETTING CONNECTED

Our sites are fully equipped with WIFI. You will find the network name and password on a card located with the WIFI modem.


MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Our Maintenance team are committed to keeping all accommodation sites in working order, however, we can't fix what we don't know!

Please submit all maintenance requests via the Rural Living Portal under the 'Maintenance' tab. Once you have submitted your request, the status of the request will be updated to Actioned, Awaiting Parts or Completed.

CLEANING

We have wonderful cleaners on site once a month to vacuum and mop the common areas. Residents are responsible to keep their own bedrooms and all the communal areas clean and tidy, this includes keeping kitchen benches clear from dishes and food items, emptying the internal rubbish to the external bins provided, washing your dishes, and putting them away, laundry for the provided tea towels, etc.

Please be respectful of your other housemates and cleaners.


PERSONAL SAFETY

The Campus Life team are dedicated to your safety, please ensure you read the below information for your personal safety:

EVACUATION: In the event of an evacuation, please evacuate the accommodation according to the evacuation diagram on the back of your bedroom door.

Please do not let unknown people into the accommodation.


WASTE COLLECTION

Waste collection day is WEDNESDAY MORNING please make sure the bins are taken to the curb by Tuesday night to ensure the wastage is removed.

Residents are responsible for waste removal and placing the bin on the curb for collection.


BICYCLE HIRE

Please make use of our complimentary bicycles located at the student accommodation.

SAFETY FIRST: Please ensure you use the helmets and locks provided when using the bicycles. Lock code: 3010.


VISITORS

If you wish to have someone visit the accommodation, including during the day or to stay overnight you will need to submit an application via the visitor tab on the Rural Living Portal. If approved, you will receive notification via SMS.

PET POLICY

Please review the current Pet Policy by the following the link below. Students may apply for a Pet via the Pet Application form, however the application must be within the conditions of the policy.

Cobram is located on the Murray River within the rich pastoral, dairy, fruit and wine-growing district. Featuring historic buildings and a small lake although Cobram is most popular due to some attractive sandy beaches lined with towering gum trees and grass picnic areas, ideal for swimming, fishing, boating and camping.
